All of the following Terms & Conditions are applicable to all the properties either owned or managed by D10 Hotels & Resorts. Any special considerations for any property shall be mentioned by stating either the name or the code of the property.

1. Guests have to follow the house rules applicable for each property.
2. No pets allowed.
3. No smoking allowed in the rooms and the buildings, if found a fine of INR 5000 will be imposed.
4. Use of any illegal substances, drugs is not allowed. If found, the same will be reported to the police/relevant authority. 
5. No Visitors allowed without prior permission from the respective property’s manager appointed by D10 Hotels & Resorts. Extra charges will be applicable for visitors on a per head basis, which will be decided by the respective property’s Manager appointed by D10 Hotels & Resorts. Allowed Visitors need to complete their registration process and provide a valid ID proof and can stay at the property only till 9pm.
6. Only checked-in guests will be given access to the rooms. We will only entertain the requests of checked-in guests.
7. Guests have to follow the following check-in and check-out times. Check-in Time – After 2pm | Check-out Time – Before 11am. (Both the check-in & check-out times are of the local time-zone of the concerned property’s location. The concerned property means the property(s) which is/are being booked or has/have been booked by the guest).
8. Room key will be given after completing the check-in process. Check-in process will be complete when (i) the guests provide valid ID proof of all the people who wish to stay at the concerned property.  (ii) the guest complete the registration process by filling their required details asked by our property manager/staff. (iii) the guests pay 100% of the booking amount. (iv) the guests pay an additional amount of INR 5000/night as a form of security against consumables, which will be adjusted against the consumables bill and any extra balance (if any) will be needed to be settled at the time of check-out.
9. The guests who complete all the requirements of point number 8 of this terms & conditions will be treated as checked-in guests. Only checked-in guests and visitors (those visitors who fulfil the the 5th point of this terms & conditions) will be allowed entry on the property.
10. Only 3 guests (including children below the age of 8 years) will be allowed in 1 room.
11. Children below the age of 8 years will not be charged as adults, children above the age of 8 years will be charged as adults.
12. Guests need to pay either 50% or more off the booking amount to confirm their booking, otherwise the dates will be open for other bookings.
13. Cancellation Policy –
    We have a no refund policy in case of cancellation.
14. In case the guests never come during the length of their stay, then no refund shall be given.
15. If the guests exceed their check-out time, then they have to pay 50% of the next day’s rent as shown on the website.
16. Any physical damage caused to the property/furniture/ any other matter which belongs to the property shall be reimbursed by the guest, amount charged will depend on the value of the asset in concern.
17. Any injury/sickness will be guest’s own responsibility.
18. No weapons allowed.
19. Guest’s luggage/baggage/electronics material will be their own responsibility.
