We look for small properties at secluded locations and convert them into Luxurious Boutique destinations with the help of our team, which has an experience of more than 10 years in the hospitality industry, mainly in the areas of interior designing, MEP Services, civil works and others. We have set parameters against with the help of which we can renovate the property, depending on the requirements.

How
We have full in-house team support for all the processes which are necessary for running a hotel. This enables us to create an eco-system around each guest, so that we can give a personalised touch to every one of our customers. Right from the starting, where our marketing and sales team will acquire a customer, till the end, where our operations and hospitality team will take care of our guests right up-to the check-out time, with the help of our in-house teams, we can provide customised services to our guests at the each step of the value-addition process.

Marketing Team
The marketing team will be responsible for managing the online presence of the brand on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. It will be involved in carrying out practices like photoshoots, video shoots, creative content marketing, etc., which will boost the brand’s online presence.
Sales Team
The sales team will be primarily responsible for revenue generation with assistance from the marketing team wherever required. This team will be the face of the brand when approaching the potential guests for the first time, and be responsible for handling booking requests. This team will also be responsible for listing all the properties on other OTAs.
Operations Team
The operations team will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations related tasks of the properties, which can range from inventory management to quality control. This team will ensure that the property is maintained according to the standards of the brand, thereby providing excellent experience for the guests
Finacne Team
This team will take care of the accounting and reporting compliances of running a hotel. It will also provide regular updates regarding the financial health of the brand along with the financial performance of each property. It will be responsible for implementing proper cost management system and reduce costs wherever possible to improve the margins.
Hospitality Team
This team will be the face of the brand for the guests staying on the property. They will ensure that the guests have an overall smooth & comfortable experience, right from check-in to check-out. They will be responsible for managing the requests of the guests and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
IT Team
The IT Team will be responsible for smooth functioning of the website, listing all the properties on our website, calender management software, booking management software and enabling the online payment feature.
